Depends entirely where you are. Normally, in Seville, it's pretty rainy all winter, but, of course, that depends on the year.

I've seen snow in photos from the north. They ski in the Sierra Nevadas, the Guadarrama Mtns. and the Pyranees, but you can spend time on the beaches, if not use them.

When I lived there, we sunbathed on the roof of our apartment building in Seville in February. I have photos of my roomate terribly sunburned. It was an unusually dry winter.
