| Chipped paint on new car-- It's down to the Primer coat?
I have a three inch area that was chipped all the way down to the Primer level, what can I do about it? I purchased Touch Up Paint but it still is noticeable. Oh, and by the way the area is 3 inches and the car is a light metallic silver. |
