There is nothing you can do about it. You either have to take it to a body shop to have painted or just live with it. touch up paint is only helpful for small chips in obscure areas. Touch up paint is not anything like the actual paint used on the car. touch up paint is just glorified nail polish

Your warranty does not cover rock chips, scratches, dents etc... The only thing covered under warranty that is paint related is peeling or fading.
