| Diabetic and Cancer related illnesses in the US.?
I know here in the US,the biggest and very common illnesses people have is diabetes and cancer related illnesses.How can i totally prevent diabetes from affecting me if i have 0 records or no records of diabetes in my family. 2)How can i prevent cancer related illnesses.I wont to have a cancer-free lifestyle before i die at the ripe age God has purposed for me.Please advice me on how to totally prevent this 2 dreadful diseases in the US?
