well having cancer lowers your white blood cell count and makes you more prone to infections. but hiv is so powerful that cancer or not unprotected sex, dirty needles, other echange of blood, etc can give it to you. i dont really think that having cancer outs you in a higher risk. those symptoms do not sound liek cancer. they do sound like hiv. but then again since you are more likely to develop infections if you ahve cancer i would not be suprised for those symptoms to not be hiv. but does cancer lead to hiv? no
