| Go to Yahoo Groups, and search for message boards for the JET Program, which brings Western teachers into Japanese schools to teach. Each prefecture has its own board, so you should have plenty of choices. Post up on the board that you are seeking a pen pal that is not a sweaty 55 year old man.
That should work. Personally, I don't trust any of the Friend Finder-type websites, and I have facilitated pen pal programs through schools here several times. |
