Toadsputum has a spectacular aura about
Gestational diabetes?

I am 29 weeks pregnant. I had my one hour gestational diabetes test today and flunked. My blood sugar was 186. I didn't eat anything for 12 hours before the exam. Now I have to go for the three hour test on Friday and I am pettrified. I have really bad veins and tend to pass out when I give blood. Have you had the three hour test? How bad was it? Also, with an initial reading of 186 what is the likelihood that I actually have gd? If I am diagnosed with gd I know that it can be managed with diet and exercise. What does a gd diet look like (i.e. what do you eat for each meal, etc).
I already saw the babycenter article. I was hoping for some personal insight.
