The grace of God has been defined as '' God's unmerited
favour.'' The fact that God is gracious is presented in Peter's
statement, ''The God of all grace, who hath called us unto his
eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you''
[ 1Peter 5:10 ] This grace was manifested by our Lord
Jesus Christ and in our salvation [ John 1:17; Titus 2:11 ].
We grasp more of the meaning of grace when we read
Hwbrews 2:9: '' we see Jesus, who was made a little liwer
than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that He by grace the grace of God should taste
death for every man.''
