I would just get tested and if it comes back positive, then you know for sure and you can point blank say that you know he has been sleeping around! Plus if he is your fiance, you should be able to talk about anything!
If I see anything that looks odd on my bf's penis I ask him or say something to him, I don't care what he thinks!
