So I was diagnosed almost 2 months ago with type 1, and I'm gaining weight. Before I was about 117, but now I'm at 124! To some people it may not sound like a lot, but at 5 feet, that puts me at risk of becoming over weight. I am active I dance about 3 times a week (for atleast 2 hours) and becuase of diabetes I mainly only drink water and Crystal light. Is there anything that I can do that can help me lose the weight. (since I'm only 13, I can't really spend like 3 hrs. a day going to a gym, just to let you know
