| Don't be discouraged - this happens to everyone from time to time. In actuality, you probably won't gain more than maybe a pound (I know from experience). Unfortunately, people who are doing well eating healthy go through a couple of days like this and just give up. Don't do it!
Keep going with your healthy eating - I doubt you will have any weight gain from a couple days worth of overeating. Even then, 2500 calories a day isn't THAT bad. Don't beat yourself up over it, tomorrow in a new day! |
