Sweetie IDK but I think you are in all rights to tell him you'll really like for him to get divorced. I feel that he just giving an excuse to not divorce her. Once a person no longer wants to be with someone then why be married to them, don't you agree? Also he doesn't want children is that ever or just for now b/c that can also be an issues down the road with you if you want children?? I would also be uncomfortable with the situation...
