OK SO:
Breakfast = sandwich w/ ham & cheese
Snack = Tuna w/ crackers
Lunch = Raviolli w/ small bread square
Snack @ 4:00 PM = A cinnamon doughnot
Then,
Rice w/ beans
then,
afternoon 6 PM snack: a bowl of honey nut cheerios
Dinner:
rice w/ beans and small piece of meat.
By the way...
im 15 yrs old
115-117pounds
fast metabolism
not really very active but not a couch potatoe either
