A Navy SEAL has the same health benefits as any sailor/soldier. They are completely covered, as is there immediate family, for health and medical. They earn 2.5 days of paid leave a month, totalling 30 days a year. After 20 years of active duty they are entitled to 50% of their average base pay from the last 3 years they were active. They can continue to add 2.5% to their retirement for the next 10 years resulting in a 30 year career that pays 75% of base salary.
