tom l has a spectacular aura about
you need a certain amount of calories depending on your body size. throughout the day your body burns calories to convert it into energy. burning more than you consume is easy to do once you understand the chemestry of the body. if your body burns 1500 calories by iteself a day and you work out, then you eat that 1500 calories and the work out to burn even more calories. its not harmful but it just takes time.
