it is my feeling that it was just plain wrong to start dating him until the divorce was finalized . Dating married people only lead to two things 1. it destroys a family that is already established. 2. you are the rebound lover which goes nowhere.
I think it would be wrong to ask/demand/coheres him into something he hasn't already done. i also think it would be well advised of you to break of this relationship and look for a more positive and healthy relationship to pursue.
