| Sounds crazy but...could this actually be healthy for the Democratic Party?
These divisions have been simmering since the liberal hippie movement in the 1960's. They are the ones that cost us our strength in the south and chased many working class democrats to the GOP. Our party isn't just split between 2 candidates, it's split philisophically and it has cost us deerly over the last 40 years. It's the reason we've had weak candidates like Mike Dukakis and John Kerry. It seems anytime the liberal, yuppie side wins out, we lose....
