Okay there are so many mythological stories in Roman and Greek mythology where immortal gods had children with mortal women. Examples( Zeus & Melanippe, Zeus & Danae, Zeus & Semele, Mars & Rhea Silvia, these are just a few that predate Christianity, this doesn't even touch on Babylonian or Egyptian or other cultures).

Is Christianity just Romanized mythology. Give me your opinions. Why do you believe in the God / Mary story and not any of the Zeus stories, or Mars.

No one is saying that Zeus existed, but the very stories of immortals having children with mortals is mythology. Read Homer's works some hundreds of years before Christianity. where do you think those stories came from?
Other peoples religious leaders had obviously used those same tactics on their followers by telling them their god had a child with a mortal to get you to follow them. It wasn't about whether it was true or not, it got the masses to follow a mortal man by proclaiming that he came from an immortal god.
