...them..what legal actions can i take I bought the car six months ago, now I am getting alerts on my credit report that they have pulled my credit three times through a bank without my permission or knowledge of them doing so. There is no reason for them to be pulling my credit, it is not the dealership who my loan is through. What legal actions can I take?
