Yes an easy one to do too
Get a place where you can hang from your finger with your feet just touching the floor stand on something if necessary.
A between the doors frame pull up bar is excellent for this one.
Hang in a full drop with the tip toes of one or both feet holding most of the weight.
Then pull your body up with only your neck muscles
No arm muscles they are being used to only hold you there
Do 15 of these and stand up right with your hand at your sides
Bend your head so your chin touches your chest then lean your head back to look up at the celieing
And back to the hanging from your finger and do it over again 3 (sets) times 15 pull ups every day and increase the number of pulling up till your hearts desire is meet.
