Not gonna lie, having a career in either one of those will not be easy, let alone trying to do both. There are very few full time forensic anthropologists because it is not a hugely in-demand field. Most forensic anthropologists are part-time and spend the majority of their time teaching or the like.
Most forensic psychologists are department psychs who don't do profiling. The majority of profilers are actually experienced detectives who have specialized in cases with serial offenders. And despite what tv would have you believe, profiling is rarely used as it is not admissable in court as evidence or probable cause.
