Harley, I have seen your questions on here prev. I think you may be in shock knowing you have diabetes. You must follow the advice of your doctor, and not second guess them! You can not eat what you want! You must follow a strict diet and keep your glucose low. It has nothing to with the immune system.YOU and no one else can controll your sugar!. Dont use your insulin as a crutch. Low sugar levels can cause you to go into a coma and can kill you! I hope you know that!! Eat properly and you will be ok. I have for years. Cliff. Can be hereditary.
