| Diabetes and Diarreha?
Diagnosed four years ago with type 2, watching diet, exercising, and taking Metformin 850MG twice a day. Had no issues with meds in the beginning, as I know this drug can be rough on the stomach. Over the past month, I have developed severe diarreha after every meal. Nothing seems to stop it. Waiting on this quarter's blood and urine tests. All previous check ups including AC1 have been great. Per Endocronologist, went off meds (about 2 days now) to see if body is begining to suffer from long term Metformin. Diarreha still exists. Waiting on stool sample tests to see if something else is wrong. Daily levels are near 100, morning about 125 to 150 without meds for the last two days. Any thoughts or questions I should ask doctors?? |
