I would like to build a website that anyone can create an account on and contribute to. Can anyone recommend some literature that can tell me how to do this and what kind of requirements there will be? I understand that a site like this could be extremely intricate so even if the literature only explains a fraction of it I will want it. Web sites with explanations are also appreciated.
