since youre vegetarian, you need to eat protein in another way other than meat...beans, lentils,tofu,soy.
cut salt it retains water and makes you bloat
exercise 30 minutes a day
DRINK WATER!!!
portion control...go on the minimeal diet...5-6 small meals every 3 hrs...it boosts metabolism and prevents overeating due to lack of hunger.
NO ALCOHOL! its liquid calories...no shakes or smoothies those are killer unless its pure fruit or veggie shakes!
cardio cardio cardio....and more cardio.
even with all this 40 lbs is too much for 3 months but its worth a try! just dont give up.
