there have been trained fitness professionals that have been able 2 make a program 2 lose 1 lb of fat in 1 day. what u need 2 do 1st is eat more than 1000 calories because that is way 2 low 4 any person. if u dont ur body will starve itself and u wont lose any fat. on this program the people ate a normal amount of food and then spent like 7 hours walking at a decent pace on a treadmill. now i doubt u have 7 spare hours in ur day 2 do this but u would need a lot. in 1 hour on the treadmill u can expect 2 burn a little over 1000 calories if u run at a good rate. so 2 burn 4000 ud have 2 run 4 about 4 hours. ur best bet is 2 try and find 1 of those programs that makes u lose 1-2 lbs of fat in 1 week and lose it the safe way
