I guess the problem is i keep talking myself out of asking girls who have been flirting with me out on a date. Most of them are complete strangers. I really want to ask a someone out but i don't know how to do it in the least awkward manner. Everytime i want to ask a girl out i always come up with some lame excuse not to ask her. I think i'm just afraid of rejection, i always have been, but that's not the question at hand. I guess the question is what is the best way to ask a girl who you've never met out on a date
