A) Your baby will have benefits. You will not unless you get married.
B) He wouldn't get disqualified if they knew you were pregnant...his recruiter told him this to avoid extra paperwork. In fact, he needs to let the Navy know as soon as he can that you are carrying his child so your baby is covered.
