| health and fitness? im 14 years old, weight is now 112. i am a swimmer and i have swam on a team for the last 2 years, and did an extra season in high school..
i feel like i am gaining alot of weight. i'm worried about my health if i gain any more. my boyfriend even encourages me to be physically fit, and tells me that maybe i should go running to 'get me in shape' for swim season which starts late may.
im not lazy, and i eat ok. not exactly the healthiest i could eat, but oh well. i think my legs are fat [thighs and calves] and that my abs need work.
for my height and weight i seem to be ok, according to the info i've looked up. but should i be more physically active? what can i do to get my boyfriend off my back??? |
