You are doing your part, don't worry!! I eat whatever is healthy for me everyday.

Perhaps I would advice you to eat on the right time.

Avoid eating fat products like meat and pork .

Sleep for 7-8 hours a day.

Drink a lot of water - 8 cups of water is enough.

Do hiking and other healthy activities like marathon.

Relax because when you worry too much, you get fat easily. Go to the beach, play with your brothers and friends, or go to the park or anywhere you love to go.

Don't forget to exercise your brain too. You need to worry about your mental healthy too. Read good books and novels besides studying for your test.
