I am not sure there is much you can do legally, You can apply to a legal aid facility talk to you local states attorney maybe they can steer you in the right direction. and if he is working you can probably garnish his wages, if he is working. You need to apply for medicaid and get help from the state in which you live to help you with your medical bills and money to live on. Take care of yourself and this precious gift from God. This baby and your health is your number one priority. Most states i think when you apply for medicad they ask for the father and they try to go afte rsupport.
