Only officers can be pilots. If you are serious about that do not enlist. Go to college & get a degree.
If you cannot for whatever reason, here is what you should do. Look at the jobs listed in the first source link. Find one you think you'll like that is aviation related.
Do that job extremely well. Start getting your college degree while on active duty. Make a plan to become an officer and the get into pilot training. Use the second source link to understand the requirements and age limit.
