He has a very simplistic world view for a very complex problem. It's so much easier to rail against all the "Them's" that are out there then to actually do something about the thousands of problems involved in actually solving a crisis of this magnitude.
Can *you* suggest how they are supposed to get refrigerated medicine to the tiny little villages that are three days walk apart with no roads and no electricity?
