Well first of all you will need to make you moduel the right size so find out the size of it by clicking on roll you own then upload it will have the sizes on there. Now open paint click on image then attributes then change the width and height to the moduel size you want. Once its the right size you can decorate it however you want and save it as a JPEG. i would suggest some else apart from paint as you cant have too high graphics or it wont upload and other things like Photoshop pro offer more styles. I have made a number of my featured skins on paint and yes it does work

there are also some sites that make skins for you all you have to do is enter the text colour and font and it makes everything for you: http://www.snazzyspace.com/bebo/skin-maker/ i would not suggest this though as i get more pride out of making my own skins
