| what are some other things i can do to help with my back pain from recent injury?
especialy when i am laying down it hurts the worst cause i lay on my side and theres nothing susporting my back then
last night while i was laying down my legs also felt weird especialy the left one and both my feet felt numb and they were freezing cold
i have already been to cyroprator 4 times was suspose to go back but dont have ride
