Your best bet would be to reinstall the game oh and also if you put in a product key that some1 gives you it will not work, i suggest just reinstalling the game to fix the patch issue. As for your ESO account problem it may be because you are not connected to the internet, but if you are and it still does not work i would suggest reinstalling the game. MAIN IDEA: REINSTALL THE GAME!!!! lol. Hope this helps.
