Although I think it is an excellent idea I do believe that in ante-natal classes people are so focused on the birth that they pay little attention to anything else.
I do believe they should be included in any post-natal groups. In the UK you attend a semi-compulsory post-natal group with your first baby and it would be an ideal time.
