| As a Navy veteran, I just wanted to tell you that I fully appreciate the sacrifices made by service member families. All branches of the Armed Services have contact people for families to help with questions like the ones you have. If nothing else, go see the local recruiter at the office where your husband enlisted and ask for some info.
As far as how to deal with the seperation and stress, it basically comes down to one day at a time. Hopefully you have friends and family around to help.
