Medline plus is usually good for clinical stuff: epidemiology, symptoms, treatment.
Wikipedia is actually quite good for the science.

But don't cite Wikipedia for school! Professors hate it. You'll be better off using Robbin's Pathology if you have access at your school, or finding a journal article, again through your school.

Burkitt's lymphoma can be caused by several different viruses, and affects different symptoms depending on the etiology, as you can see in the wikipedia article.
