WELL FOR RB OR WR YOU WILL BE GETTING HIT A LOT SO THERE IS SOME SOME CHANCE YOU CAN GET SERIOUSLY INJURED...
im not really sure, ive never had an serious injuries(only bruises, but then again i am 6' 3'' 300lbs) but as long as you stretch really good, and you have a good amount of muscle you should be fine
No one can give you a serious answer to this question because there isn't one. The likely hood is you will be injured while playing football... you run into people are hard as possible. Broken bones are common, torn muscles is common, but breaking your neck / dying / or becoming paralyzed is very very rare.
When I was in high school our very first game one of our defensive players sacked the other teams QB. He went down so hard he broke his arm and the bone came out of his skin.
Later on in the season our running back blew out his knee and didn't play again for the next two seasons.
Running backs are the most likely position to get injured.
Injuries happen it is part of football
If you step on the field thinking you are going to get injured you will.
