Could be they are afraid of ppl trying to copy their flavors up on the menus, or if they are mixing a new batch in plain sight your gonna get the ingredients and make your own. Or they could just wanna keep it a nice, quiet, family type place and not bother other guests by others taking pics.Could be alotta things not just those I listed. Ive never been there so who knows Im stuck in MN..lol Cali bound I be soon.
