Losing weight too fast will most likely end up in gaining it all back plus extra

Your goal should be to eat smaller healthier meals 6 times a day. Eating smaller more often with jump start your fat burning metabolism.

Do some cardio 3-4 times a week also. Pilates is a great way to start out.
