Sounds like you are just borderline, but depending on how far along you are this will come unless you get your act together now. Daily exercise (walk 30 minutes/2 miles), lots of veggies, fruits, dairy, only whole wheat breads, pastas, rice, etc. Avoid sugars. Cook with Splenda for treats. Search for healthy/sugar free recipes online. They have tons of great recipes and many diabetic recipes online.
