I'm not really that good with dream interpretation. Lord knows I have some pretty strange ones from time to time, but I'll take a stab at this.
Dreams are usually a reflection of our sub-conscious thinking patterns. It seems, from the way you have described this, that the naked woman was probably dead. Your mom is holding you back, so she is concerned about your potential relationship with this woman as being bad for you. Was the woman in your dream somebody you recognized? If so, you'll want to assess whether or not this is a relationship that would be in your best interest to pursue. Your gut instinct tells you that your mother certainly would not approve, but its up to you to decide whether or not you want to listen to your mother.
