EVERY server your PC connects through to get to a web page logs your IP and destination, so YES.

And if the laws in the Euro-land system are changed to what some want, the internet providers will be legally required to store the addresses of everyone you send/receive email from and ALL web pages you visited in last 18 months to 3 yrs
