| I have invested in land in Port Charlotte, Florida and the value?
since I have purchased them have dropped. My question is: Do you think that the value will one day, maybe soon. increase since the Tampa Bay Devil Rays now do their spring training in Port Charlotte? Maybe somehow the area will get some sort of recognition?
