| what (attitude(s)) prevents people from befriending those with disabilities?
In my experience, the lack of understanding and segregation are big barriers….people (without disabilities) don’t understand and are sometimes fearful of those who do have disabilities….What types of barriers have you encountered? Any stories you would be able to share? |
