I would go to your HR and tell them (and in writing) you are going to get a second opinion. You have a right to this, but you need to follow the policy to ensure it is done properly.

No matter what your course of employment, you work is obligated to treat an injury sustained in the work place. Keep all your documentation of the injury, office visits and communication with the Doctor (phone calls and responses).

It sounds like you may think your Eval is related to your injury. Your supervisor should be able to fully explain why you received the eval you did. If it is related to response times or slowness of your walking, you need to go to HR and share this with them. You are not there to complain but to ensure you and your supervisor see eye to eye.

Good luck. Knees are important. Make sure the workers comp pays your deductible as this is there responsibility.
