Also, every time he mentions the price, it's a little bit lower than the last time. He can mention about how outdated things like shag carpeting and hand wringers (used to be used in the 20's to wring water out of wet laundry) are coming back in style. Finally (and this actually happened to us when we were looking for our first house), he could be showing them a house where there is a big tree growing right in the middle of it and he could be fumbling for the good points of that while the kids are running around so excited about it. |
