you will lose about 3% of your total bodyweight. it will only be water weight. it takes weeks on a low calorie diet before there is fat loss. 1,000 calories daily + exercise will not result in fat loss for most, it's just not enough calories. to keep the metabolism functioning normally you shouldn't consume less calories than your BMR requires.
